Atlanta's Home Market is Picking Up!!! My Roswell Home Sold in TWO DAYS!!!!

For the last couple of years, I've heard a lot of the following: "The housing market is bad," "...there is no way I can sell now...", "...if I sell, I will loose money...", "with the market the way it is, I'll never get out of my home..." Tough crowd to say the least.

When I say I'm a real estate agent, its mostly followed by the crooked smile and look of total awe followed by a "....geez....how ya hangin' in there?" I smile back and kindly let them know, this has been my best year ever. Many ask how I've sold 38 homes in what the economy is labeling as "housings worst market ever." Especially, when your average agent only sells 8 houses in AN ENTIRE YEAR.

We'll, for one, success is a mindset. More millionaires were made in the Great Depression than any other time in American history. And, we are NO WHERE near the Great Depression. Secondly, I use strategies that NO ONE is using and I'm running circles around the competition. Of course, this is followed by hours, upon hours of hard work and dedication too. Finally, I do the right thing...I always have and I have talked my clients out of more deals than I've made. I believe doing the right thing will always win out in the end and the referrals that have come from it are 10-fold.

One of the most successful aspects of my business is helping home owners sell their homes for top dollar. My strong background in marketing and public relations has paid off in helping home owners pull big bucks for their home. A couple days after Christmas we are having a HUGE spike at our websites in Atlanta & the Emerald Coast. The numbers mirror traffic from 3 years ago. VERY encouraging as 3 other cities we are in had a mild improvement, a fun 2010 in Atlanta!
