- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1/2 C green peppers chopped
- 1 Can kidney beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz
- 1 Can whole tomatoes undrained, 14 oz
- 1 Can tomato sauce, 8 oz
- 1 Tblsp chili powder
- 1 1/2 C Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat, drain
- Add onions and peppers and cook 5 minutes or til tender
- Add beans, tomatoes, sauce and chili powder, mix well
- Reduce heat to low, cover
- Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally
6 Servings - 1 cup each
