Double Cheese Chili

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion chopped
1/2 C green peppers chopped
1 Can kidney beans drained and rinsed, 15 oz
1 Can whole tomatoes undrained, 14 oz
1 Can tomato sauce, 8 oz
1 Tblsp chili powder
1 1/2 C Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided

DIRECTIONS:

Brown meat in large skillet on medium heat, drain
Add onions and peppers and cook 5 minutes or til tender
Add beans, tomatoes, sauce and chili powder, mix well
Reduce heat to low, cover
Simmer 30 minutes, stir occasionally

Sprinkle 3 Tblsp of cheese onto bottom of each bowl, top with chili and then remaining cheese.

6 Servings - 1 cup each

ENJOY!!
