There is a growing need for buyers and sellers that can put to use contract for deed financing. This market has been a challenge for many people leading to credit issues that prevent people from buying a house with traditional financing.
There are still a lot of people with a good job and steady income that fall into this category and these are the buyers who could benefit from financing on a Contract for Deed.
The challenge is right now there are not a lot of sellers offering this type of financing at a term that works for them. If you are a seller and have a home that you would sell on a Contract for Deed in the area please let me know.
