Vegas is all about luck. Some folks cash in - others cash out. I guess that Lady Luck was smiling on me this morning as I was treated to what locals call a rare sight. As the early morning fog rolled into the Vally, I just happened to be at the right place at the right time. I call it cashing in on a rare opportunity...
