You Can NOW but Without Waiting out the 90 Day Flip Rule!!!!!!
Tired of hearing.. you cannot buy that home because it is a flipper, FHA will not allow you to purchase due to the 90 flip rule?
Well....Good News...FHA has temporarily changed their guildlines for a year and are now allowing FHA buyers to purchase homes without waiting for the 90 day flip rule. That is great news because if you have been out there looking you keep running across No FHA due to 90 day flip rule. Well...up until FHA rules have prohibited you from purchasing those homes for 90 days. They are homes which have been purchased by investors for resale.
Some of these homes may have to go through a more strigent home appraisal but still great news for FHA buyers!!!
