Here is the other one...

There is some infill near where I live.  There are some VERY nice houses being built in the $500k-$600k range.  A couple of these were finished late last year.  Now, the builder is building a small subdivision (I think it will be about 10-12 houses) next door.  The first two houses haven't sold yet, and the new ones are coming along nicely.

All good so far...  Now the not so good.

The two completed houses have grass.  Weedy, uncut grass.  No other landscaping.  No pinestraw.  No mulch.  Nothing.  Just weedy, uncut grass and a few bare patches where some landscaping should be.  These are REALLY pretty houses.  One has a four car garage (right up my alley) and the other a three car.  Both sit on about an acre each.  I'm not crazy about them being on a major through street, but they look really nice, and there are a few homes a little farther up the road that are of the same level.

But, come on.  The builder isn't bothering to take care of the yards?  Does he expect to sell people houses that cost half a million dollars without making them look good?

Now the agent and broker...

We have two listing services here in the Atlanta area.  Depending on where the property is located, one service may have a higher following than the other.  This area has a higher following with one of the services.  They aren't listed on that service.  They are on the service that isn't used as much in this immediate area.

The listing features one old picture.  Again, these houses are VERY nice, but there is only one picture that goes back to before the sod was put down.  No pictures of the gorgeous cabinetry, granite counters or beautiful moldings.

Lazy.

But, as a REALTOR, I can't poach...  aarrggghh!
