Koloa Landing, the new condominium complex under construction in Poipu on Kauai's South Shore, held a Broker's Open House last week for brokers and agents to preview completed and furnished 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom units. This is one of the few Kauai projects that has continued during the market downturn and it promises to be one of the most luxurious. The units are spacious and very nicely furnished. Window-walls open up to let the outside in which is what Hawaii living is all about. A series of pictures of both units are available HERE.
