Located on the top right of the AR blog home page is a search blog option, there you can seach keywords and pull up related post.

TLW reminded me today about the search option on AR after I posted a blog asking for suggestions about expired listings.

So after she did I went and keyword search expired….Wow!!!

All my questions were answered and then some. I am aware of the search option but I hardly used it before… but now you can get instant information rather than posting and waiting for comments…

I think it can be one of the better resources here for newbies as a new agent I have tons of questions and being able to search any real estate related topic and get related info instantaneously is awesome..

so thanks TLW for the reminder. Newbies do you have questions about open houses, expired , marketing, ect…. Try searching you would be amazed at the materials you would pull up, I was….

These were only a small sample of the posts I pulled up when I search keyword expired listing. In the meantime can anyone tell me how to paste an print screen on here...? I have been trying for minutes..... Pics to be update shortly....

Thanks to Shon I was able to get this screen posted....

Great Advice, Nattalie!  Tizsa gave me that advice too.  It really helps for a newbie to know about the Search Option.  It will answer those nagging questions quickly.  I Love your Meez!

Nattalie, the search option is great for finding all kinds of information on almost every possible topic.  Even if the article is month's old it may still be a great resource -- some information stands the test of time.

I've only used the search feature to find another members blog easily...or to see if a certain person has been mentioned in someone's blogging.  I've never used it to find specific articles or to find out info about something I might be interested in...and I have no clue as to how to paste a print screen...my experience with cut and pasting on here is not good...I find it easier to save as a .jpg and then upload it as a picture.

The search option was one of the first things I found. I have already used it many times. It definitely beats posting a question and waiting days for responses.

Thanks for the reminder.

As far as the print screen option, you have to paste the pic of your screen in a photo editing program, such as MS Paint or InfranView. Then you can save it and use like any other pic.

I have used the search button quite often.  It does save time when trying to find out how to do something or to get information on a particular topic.  I think a few people have written blogs about this feature, but with all the new members, I'm glad you brought this topic up again.

Nattalie,

I have found the search feature on AR to be invaluable! I spend a good portion of my time weekly searching AR for different subject matter. For example. I am thinking about getting my CNS designation, so I have been reading from other people their opinions on this topic...VERY HELPFUL
