One of my favorite features of these homes is the location, the SoLa or South Lamar area is starting to become as popular as the SoCo (South Congress area) with great restaurants and shopping all a walk away (definitely dine at Maria's Taco Xpress and shop at SoLa next time you are in the area).
You will love the views of downtown Austin, green building, and (another personal favorite) the included wine fridge.
