As I was puttering around Facebook today, my chat box popped up. On the other end was Dean Sams (of the country music group LONESTAR - which has put out such songs as Amazed, No News & I'm Already There).
While, that may sound odd to many of you, it's not odd in these parts. You see, Dean is also the President of our Hillsboro Elementary/Middle School PTO here in Leipers Fork TN.
On THURSDAY MARCH 25, Dean and 3 of his songwriter friends (you may have heard of them - Bo Bice, Marv Green (Amazed) and Arlos Smith (Rascall Flatts - Mayberry) will be putting on a "Writers Night Benefit."
Tickets are $25. Dinner will also be available (with $2 from each dinner also being donated!) RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. This place only seats 80.

My personal recommendation: If you can come out to see this show, it will be awesome. For $25 you won't get better entertainment. Not only are they some killer musicians, but it's a great little venue as well. It only seats 80 people (i.e., there's not a bad seat in the house!)
