Lambert Common is very centrally located, just slightly out of the center of Wilton, but at a crossroads to everywhere! Route 33 to Westport goes by on one side, Route 7 from Norwalk to Wilton runs along nearby, and Wolfpit Road to New Canaan is a short 1/4 mile away. If you drive straight out of the exit across the way, Dudley Road takes you toward Weston. Orems Diner, the oldest restaurant in town, sits a short 1/8 mile north on Route 7. The Christmas Barn is a short walk across the grass to purchase anything that has to do with Christmas. There are usually several homes for sale in this complex.
Values always hold fairly well here at Lambert Common, since the demand stays fairly strong for these desirable units. There are usually a few on the market, but they seem to sell fairly quickly.
