On March 10, 2010, USDA announced that funding for the Single Family Housing Guaranteed Loan Program will most likely be exhausted by the end of April. Previously, when funding began to run out near the end of the fiscal year, USDA would issue Conditional Commitments "subject to receipt of appropriated funds.”
