The deadline for submitting your entry into Round Two of The Carnival of Content contest is tonight, July 27th, at Midnite (PST).

Go to the Carnival of Content Round Two Group, and submit your entry

Winners will be announced on Monday morning, July 30th.

Remember, Round Two is for Loan Officers and Mortgage Lenders only. The subject/topic you need to write about is "Fixed Rate Loans versus ARM Loans: Which is Better?"

Lenn - go to the group link, and you can read the current entries. I think a lot of people are waiting til the deadline to enter. They don't want to tip their hat and give anyone ideas!.....

You know I thought about that. But, then I thought I would rather get it in and not forget. I also think that that it would be beneficial for the judges to look at the entries, taking into mind the fact that material may be re-worded, and ideas may be copied. I guess I assumed that it would be judged that way in the first place. Hopefully I am right. I could use some sushi, but sake in place of Sapparo! Thanks for moderating!

Rich... it's taking me longer than I thought because the person writing it for me hasn't gotten back to me. Just a fyi..... lol

PS... where is this Mr. Brian Brady feller that everyone speaks so highly about? Did you scare him away? From what I heard from his wife Deborah, he went away for 5 days in the mountains so he could think about this subject, arms vs fixed rates.
