CNNMoney.com featured an interesting story about Mozza's "Edible Wall".
Mario Batali - one of the owners of Pizzeria Mozza - decided to install an Edible Wall in keeping with his philosophy of sustainability. The wall contains mint, endive, Chinese celery, rosemary, parsley, chicory, sage, and edible geraniums and is 72 square feet in size,
Not only is the wall aesthetically pleasing, it's useful too.
