I was checking information on FHA approved condominiums yesterday and i went to the HUD site. HUD Condominiums list. I noticed there has been a great deal of activity as far as the addition of projects to the list. In Tennessee alone there are 333 projects listed. 319 are on the approved list. If you are looking at a condominium to purchase you should start here to see if the project is FHA approved. This will make your decisions regarding financing much easier. Condominiums have become increasingly more challenging to fiance over the past year. Interesting. I did not know that. I have inspected 3 condos and town homes this week. I thought that these were THDA loans. Maybe I was mistaken...
