Homes in Black Forest area of Colorado Springs housing market continues to be a BUYER's  Market, as there is currently a 16 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".  Sales are only down 6% from 2009 to 2008, but average pricing was down 20% from 2009 to 2008.   Pricing seems to be on the increase in 2010.
