What's more important "IN" or "ON" the market? "IN" the market gets showings, shows well, aggressive marketing plan, priced right and sells. "ON" the market is seen on the internet, might show well, mediocre marketing, not priced right and activity fades quickly. You need to be "IN" it, to win it!

Hi Vicky, That is an interested differential in two small words! I think of IN the market as being about Buyers and ON the market being about listings.
