They are great for investors as they are easy to rent.

I looked up the mls to see recent activity at Log College condos in Warminster.

There is one home pending settlement. It has 2 bedrooms, one bath ,new kitchen,new carpets and new paint .It was listed fpr $129,900.It is 40 years old .Taxes are listed as $1509  per year and condo fees are $155 per month. The condo fees include lawn care, snow removal, water,sewer .

These condos are located off York road near Street road .
