My husband, Gene, subscribes to his blog on his iPhone and is hooked on his no-holds-barred delivery.  Seth Godin is the author of ten books that have been bestsellers around the world and changed the way people think about marketing, change and work.  His books have been translated into more than 20 languages, and his ebooks are among the most popular ever published.  I'm going to download his book "Linchpin: Are You Indispensable?", this evening on my Kindle and can't wait to get started reading!

Seth is responsible for many words in the marketer's vocabulary, including permission marketing, idea viruses, purple cows, the dip and sneezers.  His irrepressible speaking style and blog have helped him create a huge following around the world.

In Seth's blog he outlined 5 simple steps for everyone in business. Remember those of us in Real Estate have "our own business" so these apply to us:
                         1. Go, make something happen.
                         2. Do work you are proud of.
                         3. Treat people with respect.
                         4. Make big promises and keep them.
                         5. Ship it out the door.
                             When it doubt, see #1.
