I’ m trying to keep my blog a little cleaner and free of so many sloopy sloppy errors. The errors didn’t affect content but just my pride ( and maybe some confusion), I like to do things right. The REO market is still going strong. I have two good ones coming up soon. 5915 Kaapuni Road, Kapaa. this will be 2 homes on a level acre. Also 4202 Mano Street in Puhi. Although I dont have the price for 4202 Mano, 4208 Mano Street just sold for $328K so I’m expecting it to be in the same range. My listing at 4627 Puahau Place in Eleele had 9 offers in. The bank did not take the highest offer but rather took the CASH offer. This is also true of a few of my other REO listings. So Cash talks but if you get your financed offer in first before the bank sees a cash offer you have a good chance to get it accepted.
