Understanding buyers and sellers gives you insights into the real estate market! I found these questions on a survey I read recently in one of my real estate magazines. Here are a few of the questions. The answers will surprise you!

The number one thing buyers want most from their real estate agent is help negotiation the terms of the sale.

False! The top service buyers want is for their agents to help them find the righthome to purchase. Sometimes this is difficult if you have showed someone alot of homes, but hang in there , they will find something and you will be their hero.

True Or False?

An overwhelming number of sellers contacted only one agent before selecting one to sell their home?

True! Over 50 % of home sellers contacted only one agent to sell their home. Now that's exciting news! Brush up on those presentations and know your market, your likely to get the listing.

True Or False?

Seventy percent of buyers said they would definitely use the same agent again or refer that agent to others.

True! So go out and give excellent customer service , it pays!
