Do you shop at one of the large supermarkets, clubs, chain stores or you local grocery store?  Do you buy fuel for your vehicle?  Do you go to the movie theatre or out to eat?  If so how many potential clients do you meet in a day?  If you have not approached them about the industry you're in, and asked if they knew of someone who might be interested in buying or selling a home then you're doing yourself an injustice.  Now how many potential clients do you meet in a day?  It's your decision and if you don't someone else will...  It's a great day to buy or sell a home.

Great point!  Last night I was helping Alec the person we are helping get licensed.  The subject of prospecting and lead generating came up.... He asked where do you find leads?  My response was everywhere.  I said everytime you do something that others are doing as well you have something in common.  Talk to people that's it!
