Motivational Monday: I ♥ Referrals!
Personally, I love referrals! Especially when buyers are prequalified, ready-to-buy and are serious about their home purchase. And if it takes some work to get them there, then I say yes, let's get it done.
What is a referral worth, you ask?
Well, for one it's money in your pocket. Two, if you do your job well, it means a priceless testimonial you may use in your marketing and advertising. And three, it turns into referrals down the road, which, in turn, means more money in your pocket!
So before you turn down a referral, think about the future financial impact it may have on your business and reconsider. They can boost your sales confidence and your business potential and turn into more referrals, many times from past referral sources!
