Wanda, referrals in any kind of sales business means others have respected the hard work you did. It is easier to get the referral business than new business, and is less costly.

I've been lucky this week to receive two referrals and they are both pre-qualified and great people that I hope by the end of the transaction I can call them friends as I do so many of my other past clients.

That's what it's all about!

I love both making and getting referrals.  From friends, businesses and co-workers.  It's a great way to go.

I think they are key in all businesses. Like Gabe state, giving referrals is awesome as well.

Would anyone really turn down a referral?  I love a motivated buyer or seller.

Absolutely; you always will have my referrals for all of St. George and around your whole area.

Referrals are fantastic. Who does not like a good referral?  And I do have to agree that giving a solid referral is equally as wonderful.

There is no better check that I can write than a referral check! That means I've made the referred client happy, the referral agent happy, and I'm happy!

When everyone's happy, more business is sure to follow!

Who would ever turn down a referral? Referrals are some of the easiest money to be made.
