Paseo del sol in Temecula, has new neighbors coming soon.
As you may have noticed, there is a nice big Lennar sign up by the intersection of Pauba and Meadows.So, what IS going on? I talked to Lennar, and sure enough, they are looking at a Grand Opening sometime late this fall.

Arroyo at Paseo Del Sol is proposed to offer beautiful single family homes ranging from 2129 sq.ft. - 2860 sq.ft.. If you would like to view the floorplans, please visit www.Lennar.com and narrow down to the community of Laurel Creek in Corona and view their plan 1, 3, and 4. This will be the same floorplan as plan 1, 2, and 3 at Arroyo. We do model the proposed Arroyo plan 1 at our Livingston community in the city of Murrieta (This is in French Valley, off Winchester and Thompson).
There is no pricing information yet, however, the plan 1 at Livingston is currently being offered at $305,000 - you can expect to see a premium on that price to live in Temecula and Paseo del Sol, I would expect that home to run the range of $350,000.

Also remember that KBHomes is starting a new community in Paseo del Sol as well, this one is named Manzanita, but there was no information available yet, other than a late fall/winter grand opening.
