I wish I could buy this place- the front house is only a 2 bedroom 2 bath but it's so adorable and to have the guest house for extra income would be great. I think it's a great property for someone trying to get into the Silver Lake neighborhood.

Hi Jenny.....this looks adorable and so nicely restored! Was down in Silver Lake in July....celebrating my birthday on a trip down memory lane. WOW has it changed over the past 30-40 years!!! Hi Kathy- yese the whole area has changed for the better. Echo Park has really become a hit with the hipster crowd! Believe it or not, Highland Park is getting it's share of hot spots as well! Glad to hear you had a nice trip down memory lane :-)
