Well, I am sorry I have been so remiss to write my blog in the last several months.  It has been an extremely busy summer, I am avaeraging 5 to 6 rentals per week.  It's been very hectic, a lot has happened sine my last post.

DBB Realty is now the EXCLUSIVE rental company for Liberty Harbor (9 Regent St Jersey City, NJ 07302 & 30 Regent St Jersey City, NJ 07302), these relatively new luxury apartments are really great.  Here are some of the features:

  • Buildings are less than 3 years old
  • Gym and Pool are included in the monthly rent
  • BASIC phone service, BASIC cable service, and BASIC Internet ervice are provided no charge
  • These great apartments are in between the Jersey Av and Marin Blvd Lightrail stops
  • The Grove St PATH station is a 10 minute walk from the apartments (5 blocks).

We have been so busy with these apartments, it's been tough to get to other places.  Honestly the great thing about the place is that the apartments are easy sells, EVERYTHING is included in the rent--well save for the electric.

I have jumped into the commercial maket also, I recently ented out 3000 sq ft to The New Jersey Animal Hospital at Gull's Cove (201 Luis Marin Blvd Jersey City, NJ 07302).  This is going to be a great fit for the area, as it seems that EVERYONE has a pet in the immediate area.  I have already started to sound the bell and spread the word about the new place coming in.  The hospital is unique in that it is one of a handful of hospitals in New Jersey that does laser surgery. 

I mentioned that they should look into the dog walking business and they thought it was a great idea, as the dogs will be walked by a VET TECH, instead of some 'dude' walking your dog.  It's the next best thing to having your vet walking your dog.  I know they will do fabulously well here, and the Veterinanrian Kimberly Young can't WAIT to open up!

I have several spaces open at 263 Grand St, 277 Grand St, 299 Grand St, 301 Grand St, 303 Grand St, 120 Tidewater St has almost 3,000 sq ft, 122 Libertyview Dr has over 1250 sq ft, available.  All of these spaces are brand new and waiting for their first tenant!
