Looking into both and they seem about the same... any pros and/or cons from exerience out there would be appreciated.

Also, any unique ideas on how to use either service?

We also use both as postlets provides for a better distribution, where as vflyers look better in my opinion...

Consider another possibility.  Single property domains that allow you to create a virtual flyer with the address being the domain name.  Once you do that -- they syndicate and send the listings to different destinations to give your seller the exposure like vflyer and postlets.  They also have the ability to send the flyer to a very targeted group of agents in the market area you serve.

Two good ones to check out are listingproducer and thelistingwidget.

We use both, but we use Vflyer to post our properties on other sites such as craigslist & trulia.

I'm going to have to check out the listingprodcer and thelisting widget though

the two other servicers you list seem to be just way overpriced and look to do much the same as either v flyer or postlets...

I like some of the other sites mentioned in this post, but in the end, I stick with Postlets, as it popuultes more sites, is easy to add to Craigslist and is F-R-E_E.  I like the Vflyer designs, but they seem to have more restrictions.

I like postlets because I would get more leads from the postings than I would with vflyer

Has anyone actually receive a real live lead or inquiry from vflyer or postlets. when you say that postlets populates more sites, can anyone tell me what those are?

For those of you who are using Postlets...do you know if I can I insert an HTML code inside the template under the description section?

Sam,

I am pretty sure... my asst. does that for me now but I am almost certain you can still "try out" postlets for free...

I'd try both - why not?  And keep track of any real leads that come in on each.

Thanks Mark.  We will give it a try this week as we upload our next listing onto Postlets.

Paul,

Why Postlets?  Have you ever looked at real estate classified ad flyers?

Thanks,

Postlets is free, and that lends me to do other things with my money.

I prefer Classifiedflyerads.com over both V-Flyer and Postlets.  They have better SEO and I get a lot more leads from them.  You get 2 free flyers and then a 20% discount using the code "activerain".  If you sign up for a year, that comes out to only $8/month for up to 25 flyers at any given time.

FREE is good, like postlets but Vflyer is good for 5 FREE. Throw in trulia (also FREE) as well, and others.

Hi Guys,

I agree that both vflyers and postlets are good for ads and marketing.

I'm Virtual Assistant for 2 years now, and mosat of my clients I really recommend that and used those sources but of course other than those sites we using also other portals that might help us to post more listing without limitations.

In 2 years of handling this kind of task I already listed top 105 list of websites where you can post our ads and market the business of my clients.

For those who need assistant on this kind of work. I'm willing to help you in very affordable rate. Just visit my website or email me.

I found the customer service at Postlets.com was lacking.  I had a question about specific websites and sent 5 emails.  They did not respond to my question and then deleted my account.  I had a very poor experience with them & I would not use their service as there is no phone number and I would not do the upgarde and give out my credit card data without a phone number.
