August is over, we are moving into the fall soon - so, what happened here for August - how many homes were sold in Temecula? We know a few Temecula homes are for sale...
187 homes were sold in the past month, this is single family residences, if we add other types of residences, we jump to a whopping 209 homes/properties sold.
Now juxtapose this against the 203 properties that was listed for sale...
The question here is what many asks themselves, what is the market doing? It is really going back to normal, we are seeing as many houses come on the market, as are being sold, this means it is going to be easier to get a house as there is some inventory sitting, and some probably longer than the listing agent would really like.
