Instead, I schedule a couple of hours more for us to drive them around the neighborhood that they are considering, including shopping, schools, etc. Then, I take the time to drive them around surrounding neighborhoods, so that they can feel like they have seen enough to make an informed decision. In essence, I drive those extra miles(every pun intended) to ensure that my relocation buyers are comfortable and ready to move forward with the buying process.
