In Austin, it's that time of the year again! The 6th annual Silicon Labs Austin Marathon Relay is scheduled for this Sunday, September 26, 2010, at 7:15 am at Auditorium Shores. It's a fund raising event for Junior Achievement a group dear and close to our hearts. It's a marathon relay for everyone...week-end runners to record breakers!
The scenic route up and down Congress and out and back Caesar Chavez makes you appreciate our vibrant city! 26.2 miles, 5 relay legs including 12K, 10K, 10K, 5K, 5K (ran in that order). The entry fee is $175 per team regardless of number of team members.
Don't forget this is an Austin event done Austin Style....come early...be loud....stay and party!!
