An ActiveRain networking friend of mine is a real estate broker in Loudoun County Virginia (bet you AR junkies can guess who I'm referring to - duh!) and she recently did a Market Report that focused more on volume than prices. FYI: This zip code/neighborhood is east of the Texas Christian University (TCU) area on the south side of Fort Worth and lies between Forest Park Blvd. on the west and I-35 on the east.

OBTW: I went back 1 year from yesterday (9/25/10) for 2010 figures, one year before that for 2009, and so on.
