My husband recently went to Okinawa, Japan on a business trip. As is his custom, he brings me trinkets home from the region he visits. My expectation was a Komono, but to my surprise he brought me home a Kokeshi doll instead (representing my birth month, July).
Isn't being a real estate agent a little like that?
You expect certain things with/from clients, other agents, and lenders but often times the end result is something you never imagined.
Perhaps Tom Hanks, as Forrest Gump, got it right when he said, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you're going to get".
