Okay folks....  just who do you think will take control of Congress... the Republicans or The Democrats in the upcoming election?  And what impact if any do you think this will or might have on the real estate industry?  Hmmm...  I'm not quite sure what to think or expect... so let's hear what you AR folks have to say!

Hi Dan,

To tell you the truth, I have been a little turned off with all the negative ads.  I don't feel very happy with neither choice.

Broker Dan,

How are you doing?  I have ELECTION FEVER and I can't wait to get it all out tomorrow night.  I will be voting tomorrow for sure and will be pushing others to the polls as well.  I believe the REPUBLICANS will hold the house.  With the GAS prices decreasing, Saddam Hussein getting the death sentence, John Kerry messing up on camera, negative ads, more marketing dollars being used by the Republicans and most importantly the economy looking good with the unemployment numbers hitting a 5 year low, its looking very good for the REPUBLICANS!

Hmmm, can you tell who I am voting for?

How will it effect real estate, oh boy, not a good questions.  I am very slow these days and my crystal ball is not working.  Crystal Ball is out of order, sorry!

Always,

Nima

No brainer, Demo's win the House (Bet your House).

Republicans hold the Senate by one (or a tie with the VP being the deciding voter on future legislation).
