Ever had a buyer play with the radio in the car? It can be very interesting what a client selects with respect to a music station. Let's just say that ever since I had a buyer picked a very unique radio station, in the interest of practicing politeness, I have always tried to have some sort of music that I think is pretty middle of the road that pleases most everyone.
So what would be the proper type of music playing in the background during a showing? I seem to have decided that some sort of instrumental jazz works best. It's pleasing to the ear and because there's no lyrics it makes having a conversation easy.
Then there's the issue of an iPod. What if you use an iPod to play uninterrupted music in the car? Would you be okay if a client picked up your iPod this very second and looked through it? This is something small that's been on my mind and I figured what better way to get some ideas nd suggestions than to ask my fellow REALTORS® on Active Rain. So let me know what beats i should drop on my next buyer while driving around.
