Selling Homes Changing Lives

I represented a buyer once and everything was perfect until after we closed. Yes! That's right, I said, after we closed.

We were waiting for the funding number before she could take possession. In the mean time, the movers had already finished packing up her 3,000 + square foot home and she had an SUV filled with food, fragile things, and all the important stuff she'd need immediately. In case you don't know this, Summers in Texas are HOT! How hot? Hotter than the hottest chillies you can imagine that makes your eyes bug, your face look like a waterfall, and your tongue parched from lack of water.

I let her move everything she had in her SUV and other car into my house. I threw away my food to give her room in my refrigerator. Then I dragged all my furniture, including the piano out of the way to make room for her stuff so that she could pick up her kids from school and yell at her lender.

After all that, I helped her move it into her house after the Title Company gave us the green light because they had the funding number.
