Baldwin Hills is a bit of s "jaunt" for my Company, but we have Staged many homes for this developer and they called in the proverbial "favor". This lovely Baldwin Hills home was originally a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, after the remodel it it now a full 3 bedroom, 2 bath and ready to SELL!

GOOD EYE, Shelley! Sometimes we use pictures or smaller frames in children's rooms or in bookcases of l-a-r-g-e homes to fill in the space. This picture was added by my Asst to the nightstand, but actually removed in the final "editing" process.

Thank you, EVERY one. As you can see that was a beautiful and HUGE window, but a very weird pass-through area. The white Chaise "day bed" was a perfect sollution. Another option would have been 2 chairs, but I opted fpor the day bed for a special "wow" factor.

Connie, fabulous staging! The living room has a challeging floor plan with the traffic flow going directly through the room, but you mastered it perfectly. I love your solution with the daybed, which leaves the beautiful view outside completely open! This room was for sure especially difficult for any buyer to be able to see through, but with your staging it is now a no brainer. WOW!!

Eeeekkkk. I can smell cirgarett smoke a mile away.

I was sitting at a dining room table during a home inspection a while back and smelled cigarett smoke. There was no one in the house but a home inspector and me.

Sure enough, he was in the basement checking the heating system out and "lit one up".

I told him, he could stay but the cigaretts would have to butt out.

Disgruntled but cooperative, he put it out, flushed it down and finished the inspection. He was probably crawling the walls by the time he finished.

I just couldn't believe my eyes and nose when a home inspector would light up in a house.
