This past Sunday I had an open house for my new listing on North 6th Street inLindenhurst, NY.I received a ton of compliments. I had about 25 brochures and 3 are left. Of course I would tailor the brochure to reflect the personality of your home. No two brochures will be the same! I'm very picky and a brochure can take me up to 3 hours to create because quality is very important to me when it comes to selling your Lindenhurst NY home!

Jackie, I love the use of Scribd to share this. And the way you tell about your marketing style, time invested, etc. Simple, to the point and effective...and a nice brochure. It's good that we market our properties like a new car or an airplane - this is where print has a place.

Hi Dawn, Thank you! I love creating the brochures. It's therapy, lol. I also like doing them myself because if you get them done online, it can take a few weeks and I like being in control of the time-frame.
