9 Comments on You Have To Know When To Change Course
Good Morning Lou
Thanks for the post and quote. Very wise advice especially in this turbulent market. Have a great Thanksgiving.
Sometimes changing course means, haul them back to the office shake hands and send them on there way.
Your words of wisdom can be applies to so many realms. I'm going to have to reread this one a time or two to glean all I can from it!
Hi Lou, so often we hear, "stay the course", "focus on the goal" etc... this is such good advice. It's OK to re-evaluate and turn back when necessary. Colonel Custer comes to mind :-)
Have a terrific Thanksgiving Day, Lou!
Lou...ah yes...this is a great one..often we feel we should just keep going, but turning back is the right thing in the end!
Good Morning Lou,
I have found myself changing directions, roads and turning back many times
this year! 2010 was a great year to regroup, re-analyze and focus on there you
want to end up!

Lou - Great quote! I think coming to the realization that you're on the wrong road is the hardest part, but there is always time to change course when you figure it out, it's never to late.
Such great advice...I especially like:
Adjusting your course is not giving up on your goals. What you're doing is adjusting your strategies to achieve your goals.
Lou -- Great advice.
Mary (#4) -- excellent reminder with Col. Custer!
