If You're Marketing Goes Unnoticed

"If your advertising goes unnoticed,

everything else is academic."

William Bernbach, advertising executive

As I see it. . . . . . . .

If you're marketing goes unnoticed . . . .

The purpose of effective marketing is to build brand awareness for you and or your services to a targeted audience. The target audience is your target market of likely people that will use you and or your services.

Marketing that goes unnoticed has little or no value to you or your business and the money that you're expending for that marketing is being wasted.

The most effective marketing is directed to a target market that is most likely to use your services or product. Identifying your target market is critical to having an effective and productive marketing program. Know who your likely customers are and what would be the best method to get your message to this group of people.

When your marketing goes unnoticed it's missing the likely target. The message and the delivery of the message has to be designed to effective reach and create interest within your target market.

Lou - This hits the target on so many levels ... but the one that costs the most is misplaced marketing dollars.  If you're not getting the expected results ... do something else .... BUT be sure that the attempt to find the market contained enough time for it to develop!  Thanks for sharing!

Lou,

If your marketing isn't being noticed...you're wasting a lot of money.

Lou, Marketing is definitely one area that we have continually monitor and improve.  What worked a few years ago, might be ineffective today.
