31 Days of December Challenge - Days 6 & 7

Ok, the first week is done and I am still doing the challenge. On day 6, Monday, I attended a 4 hour business planning class, MREA: Business Planning Clinic. On day 7 I worked on the business plan using the information acquired during the class, which included working on 3 of 4 business models discussed in the session.

MREA, or the Millionaire Real Estate Agent, is the name of a book by Gary Keller, founder of Keller-Williams, It is also the model and philosophy that drives Keller-Williams teams to sucess.

During the class we focused upon the Economic, Budget and Lead Generation models for developing next years business plans. Which is also what I worked on day 7. The 4th model is the Organizational Model, which is a hole subject in itself, and, depending upon which level of organization your personal business is in, helps drive the other 3 models.

I still have some polish work to do which will happen over the next week or so. But, once completed, I will have a good road map on where I need to focus my efforts in order to succeed next year.
