Motivational Power Quote

Your Day is a Blank Canvas

"Every new day begins with possibilities.

It up to us to fill it with the things

that move us towards progress and peace."

Ronald Regan, 40th President of the United States

As I see it. . . . . . . .

Your day is a blank canvas

Each new day is a blank canvas and being the artist of you life you can paint your day with any colors that you decide to paint it.

There is no limitation to what we are capable of painting on our canvas. If we can imagine it we can paint it on our canvas.

We can paint our canvas with the possibilities of a brighter day. Our day can be one where anything can become possible if we can imagine it and pursue it with passion.

Your day is a blank canvas and you have it within your power to create a breakout day that will propel you forward moving you closer to achieving your goals.

Lou,

And we all have the same amount of time every day to paint the canvas.

We can always begin again - sometimes with a breathe. In a yoga practice, we always conclude class moving from savasana (corpse pose) to rolling over onto our right sides - in a fetal position - a reminder that we can always begin the day again!

We also must remember that everything is not black and white, we must use color and broad strokes as we paint our days...
You have a friend in Washington State,

It's a really good thing that each day is a blank canvas too.  It seems when I have a plan, the gods often have another. . .Thank goodness I love serendipity:-)

Lou, Agreed, everyday is filled with new possibilities.  I like that, everyday you can paint your day with any color you decide.  It's up to us, isn't it?

Lou,

your post reminded me this saying: “God gave you a gift of 84,600 seconds today. Have you used one of them to say thank you?”  ― William Arthur Ward
