During Masterminds, Chairman Gary Keller emphasized that it's "culturally right for us, that your listings be routed back to you."

 

So here's how leads will be distributed in our system effective, Nov. 1:

  • For leads that come in via KW.com - visitors will be routed to the appropriate market center's Website to search for properties.
  • Leads on Keller Williams listings generated from individual market center Websites will be routed to the Keller Williams listing agent. Individual market centers will determine their own method for routing inquiries on non Keller Williams listings.
  • ALL visitor inquiries to agents' eAgentC Websites will be routed back to the agent.

Dwayne,

As a formal Coldwell Banker agent, I can truly appreciate the KW philosophy that the agents are the reason that we do business.  Traditional companies want to 'control' the leads, as they fear that their agents will leave their company and take 'their' business with them.  At KW, we can relinquish the control of the business to the agents, as we are not concerned about the agents leaving...there is not a better company for them to run their business at.  Thanks for your commnet.
