Merry Christmas to you, Patty. And do I have a wish for the New Year? Yes. My wish is that the CDPE designation becomes obsolete because there are so few short sales and otherwise distressed properties that there is no longer a need for CDPE. That wish will not be granted in 2011!
We will be working hard in the New Year, as in 2010, trying to help those whose circumstances have place them in an untenable position.
