Monmouth County single-family home stats for the 12-month period ending in November compared with the previous 12-month period:
- Dollar-volume are up almost 8% (+)
- Unit sales are up almost 4% (+)
- Average sale price is up almost 4% (+)
- Median sale price is up 2.5% (+)
- Available inventory is up 6% (-)
All in all year-end unit sales will probably end up flat relative to last year but the strong rebounding portion of the market is the luxury end... year-to-date sales of homes between $1. 5 - $2 million are up 22%, above $2 million that increase jumps to almost 31%.
