The last half of 2010, sure looked different from the first half of the year for Triangle Home Staging & Design. With every proposal we send to prospective clients, we provide our most recent Companies Statics (by area) for them to see how we are doing, it's our report card. Our average DOM (Days on Market) for the first half of 2010 was 49 days, up from 40 DOM for 2009. Not a bad showing all in all, but not a significant change. Then September 2010 rolled around and boy what a difference a few short months can make on your stats. Eighteen of the vacant homes we staged since September have gone under contract and most of those with in 2 to 3 weeks of staging. Making our DOM 35, not a bad way to finish out the year. That may not seem like a huge difference, but it could save our cleints from another mortage payment! Are you sharing your report card with your clients? Well, we have our first Vacant Home Staging Statistic for 2011 and it's a good one! Staged and under contract in 27 days.
