Congratulations to the new owners!!! This is a great Pacific Grove home located on a very quiet street in one of the best neighborhoods in PG, Candycane Lane. It was already aggressively priced at $550,000 and my clients were able to pick it up for $520,000. Although it was a bit date, 925 Petra Lane in Pacific Grove was in impeccable condition. It had refinished oak hardwood floors, newer dual pane windows and both bathrooms had been updated in what I would guess was the middle 1980's. The kitchen was roomy and extremely clean! It was a great buy!
