Motivational Power Quote
Positive Change is Only A Few Feet Away
"Have you ever watched a fly bouncing off a window pane,
even with an open door a few away?
Many times the fly keeps crashing into the glass
until it finally dies.
There are many companies in today's world
doing exactly the same thing.
They continue down ‘today's path' wearing blinders
to the possibility of change... until they die."
Mac Anderson, founder Simple Truths and Successories Inc.
As I see it. . . . . . . .
Positive change is only a few feet away
Change can be planned or change can be reactive. Change can be positive or it change can be an negative event
Change is inevitable and it comes into our life without invitation and seems to happen when it least expected.
Positive change is change that we make the efforts to control and where we adjust to the conditions to find the best solutions to the conditions. Positive change doesn't mean that the change we turn out 100% the way we want it to turn out. What is meant by positive change is we stay in control of the process and make the best out of the conditions that we're facing.
Reactive change is when someone stands on the sidelines with the attitude that they can't do anything about the conditions. We allow the change to occur without any efforts on our part to control the outcome. They will become overwhelmed by change and take the course of least resistant's and will settle for what life hands them.
When change comes into our life we can look the other way and be in denial or we can be proactive and try to lead the change and make the best out of the conditions until we change them.
Letting change control us id like hitting your head against the wall and the only thing that's achieved is a headache.
With positive change is not accepting the status quo, it's doing everything in your power to remind in control of the conditions and to change them.
Positive change in only a few feet away when you start to look past what always has be done and to look for new solutions.
