Alan And I Will Drown Our Football Sorrows In A Virtual Bar Today

Ironically....Alan (May) has made it clear that he's really not a huge football fan and has never had cheese on his head, I am not a Cheese-Head , and I'm a 49er's fan. Yet we both had a team this weekend in the playoffs, and we both lost....rooting for our home town.

While Alan has been holding the torch for Chicago I was holding the banner for our Mission Viejo local, Mark Sanchez and his Jets.

Probably both were long shots....and the games gave us hope at different points, but in the end we were left disappointed.

There is always next year and I know my Mark Sanchez has not seen his last playoff game. Great job, Mark!!!

So Alan....I'm buying at our virtual bar!

Hi Karen. Being from the Steel City I have to say I was cheering on the home team with my Terrible Towel. Sanchez was great though and they almost pulled it out. One more quarter and I think we might have been toasted and on our way to our own virtual funeral instead of on the way to #7. Really nice thing about Steelers and Packers is there is so much tradition and history behind both teams. You can also find a couple Steelers bars in nearly every city in the country.
