Increasing your visibility in any market, is always a good idea. I have, consistently, done so, for my entire real estate career. It lets people know what you do, who you are and how your work. Some of these tools would be:
Take a community ad spot on the back of your Church flyer. It's not costly and your Church will appreciate your support.
Send out postcards to people you know and your clients, when you have a new listing or have just sold one of your listings. If it wasn't your listing, but, you have the buyer client, you can send out those sold postcards to your sphere, stating that you sold the home, but, not until, after it closes.
Email a flyer once a month to your database and business associates. Be sure to ask permission from each person, first. Some people are overwhelmed by emails and may not appreciate your gesture.
Snail mail a flyer with good information, once a month to your database and business associates. Include tips that are not just about real estate.
Here's a good suggestion for this month. Yes, you still have time to do it! Make a list of each home that you sold, last year. Not the client's name, just use the address. Then, mail it, with a cover letter to your database and associates. I do this, consistently, every year.
Whichever one you choose, or have already, make sure to let your clients know that you are operating a successful real estate business. Remember, to ask them for a referral!
