Lenn, great advice as always Serveral programs have disappeared but there ar still some excellent programs out there, and First Time Homebuyers should be taking advantage of them.

George. Indeed. OR, agents should be helping their buyers with financing opportunities.

Fully half of the telephone inquiries I receive about my blogs about First Time Home Buyers financing opportunities are from consumers who already have a relationship with an agent who is doing NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING to help that buyer get financing help if they are elegible.

I make it very clear to the consumer that they MUST be working with one of our agents before we can help them.
